We consider client commitments and timelines as a contract, not a goal. We employ computer aided project management tools to track
milestones and update our clients weekly on project progress. As a result, we have an excellent on-time track record and can respond
to short notice requirements for work.
On Budget.
JJSA bids are complete and reflect the full scope of the job. We pride ourselves in value engineering and constantly look for
opportunities where better engineering can improve quality or save our clients money. In the event that changing site conditions
or other legitimate unforeseen circumstances generate a change order, JJSA will identify them early, keep the scope to a minimum,
and negotiate them fairly.
